About Me

My name is Romeo Banez III and I am a senior that currently attends Arizona State University. I am majoring in Organizational Leadership Project Management and I am also minoring in business. I am employed by 2 different organizations: Raising Canes and ASU Gammage. I have been working at Raising Canes for about 5 months as a Crewmember and at ASU Gammage for about 2 years and 8 months; around 2 years as a Floor Manager and the rest of it being as a Senior Floor Manager. In my free time, I like to go to the gym, spend time with family and friends, and play a variety of PC games.

Creation Statement

When creating this electronic portfolio, I had many experiences that were both bad and good. Most of the good came from my use of personal examples as it gave me a space to explain my abilities and the experiences. Some of the bad aspects of creating this portfolio was finding artifacts as it was pretty difficult. There is a competency that I needed an artifact for and the same artifact could be used for both competencies so thats what I ended up doing.
